Aim of the course
Unit 3 aims to provide VET Teachers and In-Company Trainers with knowledge regarding how to address the potential barriers to an inclusive and supportive work-based learning environment. It will outline the steps, protective measures and related intervention approaches that can be implemented to ensure a WBL environment is inclusive, supportive and successful. The expected positive outcomes of an inclusive and supportive WBL environment and some examples of good practice and tools will also be presented.
